Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value, with free shipping available on orders over $200.
All orders include tracking and are dispatched promptly from our warehouse.
Delivery timeframes
Most Australian orders arrive within 3–5 business days. While we work hard to meet these timeframes, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
Returns Policy
At Christmas PJs NZ/AU we are so fussy on getting things absolutely perfect and are super confident that you will be 100% happy with our products. However, from time to time issues can arise, so we will make sure you as our customer are satisfied.
- If your item/s is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of any damage and we will happily replace the item/s. Returns must be sent within 7 business days of your item/s being delivered. Any returns sent after this timeframe we reserve the right to reject. We are a seasonal business and only have a short time to sell our products.
- Your item/s will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained. If item/s have been worn, a refund will not be issued.
- Buyer must cover shipping costs to and from for any returns/exchanges and for change in size.
- Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pre-order items. When a pre-order is placed, we have reserved this item for you. Please choose carefully.
